Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.1.3pre) Gecko/20090808 Shiretoko/3.5.3pre
The site loads normally here. It uses Java however, so maybe updating Java to the latest version will help.
Version: unspecified → 3.5 Branch

I un-installed Java - downloaded current full version and tried to install and got error message 25099 "unzipping core files failed"
The only related thing on the Java site is that it didn't uninstall correctly.
I tried what they said but the jqs.exe file does not exist any where on the PC.
Do you know what they may test for so I can remove - the support seems poor for java.

I always use the update function in Control Panel > Java > Update.
Google gives a lot of results BTW for your error so that may help.

Update:
I managed to remove all traces of Java 6.15 and reinstall and now the website is working fine.

Great that it's solved! Resolution FIXED however means code was checked into the tree to correct the bug. In this case WORKSFORME seems more appropriate.
