when i clicked on a download link, the download window that appeared has a blank title bar, and displays: "you have chosen to open " and "which is a " and ""from" ,without any details given,no file name. The problem only occurs on the first download of every browsing session.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.start firefox(if it is already started, restart it by closing it and starting it again)
2.click a download link(eg a file from microsoft.com)
3.repeat steps above to reproduce
Actual Results:  
same thing happens as described, the download prompt window has a blank title, blank details about the file

Probably a problem with one of your extensions ?
