:ignore is not a valid property for -moz-box-sizing, I suppose it should be border-box instead of ignore and that the css rule can be add to the .panel-dark class.
On Irc, Stuart says me it should be -moz-stack-sizing instead of moz-box-sizing.

We also need to verify it the rules is always useful.

yeah, we shouldn't ned -moz-stack-sizing anyway, since <stack flex="1">

how can QA verify this bug?
start fennec using "fennec -jsconsole" and see if any CSS warnings are output.
verified with the nightly build from 08/13/2009
