Message list shows two copies for moved messages

I'm frequently finding that after moving messages into a folder, viewing that folder then shows two copies of the message. This persists until I rebuild the index for the folder. Clearly Thunderbird knows there is only one message there since both will vanish if I delete just one of them.
This is using the zimbra imap server.

this is running a b4pre nightly? Can I get an imap protocol log of this happening? This sure sounds like a bug that was fixed for b3 -

Sorry but it isn't 100% reproducable and I have given up using Thunderbird now so probably not likely I'll be able to provide this.
