509436 - Add verification suite output to editor's control panel

The verification suite output should be available to editors.

1) Make sure editors have permissions to view the output

2) Add the summary output (http://people.mozilla.org/~clouserw/public/remora/verification_summary.png) above  "Item History" in the Editor Tools when reviewing an add-on.  Also, if the test hasn't been run yet say that.  There should also be a link (maybe the header?) that just links to the /versions/validate/ page for that version so the editor can see all the tests.

This is important to get in 5.0.9

Results on Editor CP

The layout on the editors page looks great, but I have to r- because of the duplicated CSS.  We should make a new CSS file and include it on editors and developers pages if we need to.
