I believe the right place to do this is in onLocationChange. We may also want to look at adding a nowreallyloading call on tab, that kicks off the resizeAndZoom code rather than in startLoading

Comment on attachment 394117 [details] [diff] [review] fix Looks good to me. Small nits to fix: I'd like to see the other calls to bv.naftervisiblemove fixed to remove the parameters, and I'd like to see the value of getElementById("tile-container") cached in the browser object.
