Firing up firefox for the first time with a new profile, should trigger the "Know your rights" Toolbar. It doesnt.
STR:
1) Install firefox on tegra. Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; WindowsCE 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.2a1pre) Gecko/20090806 Minefield/3.6a1pre
2) Open firefox for the first time
3) Verify firstrun page has no "Know your rights" toolbar
Expected
- Know your rights toolbar with the button to take user to about:rights
Actual:
- No know your rights toolbar shown.

This is probably the issue from bug 462477. Vlad's builds should #define MOZILLA_OFFICIAL, until they become part of the normal build infrastructure (which will do this itself). See also bug 462598.
The basic idea with the current behavior was that for developers doing their own builds (w/o MOZILLA_OFFICIAL), we don't show the notification because (1) they likely already know and (2) it's annoying when you're repeatedly testing a patch with a new profile.

hey dolske, good to know. Please "resolve invalid" this bug when we began including the official builds for testing, and i'll double confirm this when they're ready for shipping. Also, if you have a list of developer configs like these that i should be aware of, let me know so i wont have to file invalid bugs. Thanks!

Would the MOZILLA_OFFICIAL also affect the Exit Survey that usually pops up on Windows when you uninstall? That was marked as one of the failures on the BFT that was run.

Now that we have nightly builds, running one of those for the first time (before the older OS-included build from vlad runs) should results in an about:rights bar. Someone want to verify that?

This year we mothballed windows mobile development. See:
