dragging scrollbar in history window doesn't work

Details
When the history in the history window is long enough to require scrolling and
one tries to do this by dragging the slider on the scrollbar scrolling stops
after a few lines. The mouse pointer then disappears and is replaced with the
animation used for drag&drop. This has no further effect on scrolling, one
only sees the drap&drop icon moving.

Oh, I forgot to say: this is with the current CVS version (compiled myself) but
it exists for quite some time (at least two weeks, haven't tried it before for
quite some time).

Yep. This is a known problem. (Updated the title of the other bug so it
is a bit more precise on what the problem is).
