Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Log-in 2.Click on New 3. Do not missmatch users when the proxy is limitated of the IP adress is shared by different PC in the same lab.
The authentication is all cookie-based, it has nothing to do with your IP address. If you're getting cached pages from your proxy server it probably means your proxy is not configured correctly for sites with dynamic content.
Looks like a dupe of bug 509196.
The other bug is public already, and looks like a proxy problem, not a bug in Bugzilla, so no reason to keep this one in the security group any longer.

Orion, I'm not sure that the following part of comment 0 is true: "which means that I have more permissions that the ones that I should" You see the admin links, which I believe, but what happens if you click on that link? Do you have the permission to use that link? Or does bugzilla throws a security error? Could you confirm this?
