when change via about:config
print_margin_bottom left right top = ""
print_footleft footcenter footright = ""

print_headerleft headercenter headerright = ""

to empty values

print preview will still show default print footer and print header

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. change print_foot* to empty
2. change print_header* to empty
3. try print preview
Actual Results:  
bad values in print preview

Expected Results:  
correct it
