Usually they are harmless messages, but the fact that they stay there for so long is annoying because almost always I'm trying to drag the link from the address bar to the bookmarks toolbar and the popup is right in my way! I have to wait for it to go away before I can drop my link. Please do not cover up drop zones when you display these tooltips. It might be nice to offer a way to disable them entirely too, if they are not warnings of anything bad. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. enable bookmarks toolbar 2. click on an address from the address bar 3. drag and drop to a folder right below the address bar. Actual Results: I can't drop it until the popup goes away. Expected Results: popup hint blocks my drop zone for a few seconds popup could show up ABOVE the addressbar instead of below it, or check that it's not blocking a drop zone.
