Summary: [SUMO] Removing a page list does not remove it until you refresh the page

Steps to reproduce:
1. log into https://support-stage.mozilla.org/ (you should have admin rights)
2. go to https://support-stage.mozilla.org/tiki-admin_pagelist.php
3. under Admin page list->current lists click on remove to remove a list
4. click on the button to confirm your action
5. you are taken back to the page lists page

Expected result:
the list you removed should be gone

Actual result:
the list you removed still exists. If you refresh the page it goes away.

This is just a cache-control thing. Simple fix.

I'll mark it blocking bug 502967 (even though it doesn't) so it shows up on the dependency tree for p10n.
