509973 - Add Extend Firefox 3.5 Badge to AMO Developer Dashboard

I'd like to request that we include the Extend Firefox 3.5 badge that Sean created within the AMO developer tools developer dashboard page as that could help generate more interest in the contest. 

The attached badge is a 110x375 banner and in looking at the developer dashboard, it seems it could fit nicely on the right-hand side if we nudged the add-on divs slightly to the left. There's lots of whitespace in those divs so I think it may be possible.

The banner would like to http://extendfirefox.com/

The banner would run through the end of the contest (October 2nd, 2009 11:59pm Pacific Time).

I attempted to fix this with this quick patch but the add-on boxes extend over the banner and make it mostly unclickable.  I don't have extra time to fix this so it's getting bumped to 5.1.

Thanks for trying Wil. We'll swing back and look to see if it makes sense to put it into 5.1 based on the end date for the contest.
