Inside the Litmus tab we have the string "Comment (optional)" under test results. The optional part will lead people to not fill out the comment for failed or broken tests. It's kinda hard to distinguish sometimes which part of the test is broken or which bug the user has seen. Changing the string to "Comment (recommended)" should give us hopefully more insight about those failures. Another option would be to make it required for failed/broken tests. So when the user clicks on fail or unclear we would focus the comment textbox for the input. But I don't know if this is a good UX decision.

Comment on attachment 394140 [details] [diff] [review] Comment (optional) -> Comment(recommended) Thanks Aaron. In the future, always do diff from the top-level directory and name it something helpful (v1.patch doesn't count).
