Now Fennec on Windows Mobile can read additional fonts from "res/fonts" directory in the app's directory (bug 491305), and packagers may want to append some additional fonts into installer due to bug 479548.

But "make installer" for Fennec ignores "res" directory because it is specified as NO_PKG_FILES at installer/Makefile.in. So that packagers can't append additional fonts into the installer.

"make installer" should be able to include "res/fonts" directory into the installer.
Especially CJK packagers will require it.
