Comment on attachment 394268 [details] [diff] [review] patch I'm not sure what you're looking at, but Thunderbird doesn't have (or use) nsIWindowsShellService: http://mxr.mozilla.org/comm-central/source/mail/components/shell/nsMailWinIntegration.h

hrm, i'm not sure what went wrong here. i was using mxr-test, it had an ancient version of comm-central (possibly quite corrupt), but i really did see it.
