In tiki-editpage.php sometimes checks are done for '*' instead of $prefs['wikiapproval_prefix'] This can be found in tiki-editpage.php in multiple instances.

Couldn't find it hard coded anywhere else, I searched for "*" and '*' Hopefully it's done with.
