Do we really want to hide the status bar on the WinCE firefox builds by default? My concern is certain addons that bury themselves in the status bar, the user will not know to "show status bar" in order to get to the extension. Especially for addons where they aren't accessible via Tools menu. (eg. twitter, Webmail Notifier)

Just something to consider to users who might get confused if their addon was installed correctly. It's not intuitive to "show" the status bar if we dont tell them.

Yeah, I think we're going to end up taking this pain initially until we rework the overall chrome for 3.7 and/or get jetpack-style addons in... not much we can do, the extra space is worth it.
