If you look at AMO trunk you'll see a new external: site/vendors/sphinx/api -r1822 http://sphinxsearch.googlecode.com/svn/branches/rel099/api/ preview.amo is using git to update itself which ignores svn externals so it's not being pulled by the cron job.

I thought preview was pulling with git. If not, then you can close this.
