I have several filters for a newsgroups. But I can't find the "Run Now" button in the Dialog. It seems the "Run Now" button is only exist for regular email message, but for newsgroup, it can't run.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Tools->Message filters dialog
2.Add filters for a newsgroup
3.There is no "Run Now" button


Expected Results:  
The "Run now" button should be there.
