9/1 10 m18 (and many prior builds) I finally went and tried this in 4.x. This error dialog is unique to Seamonkey. The error message says "quicken.excite.com could not be found. Please check the name and try again." In fact, typing quicken.excite.com into the URL bar results in a page that doesn't show this message so the error is incorrect on the face of it. I believe this is related to redirects since this URL gets redirected.
Steve what build were you using? dp and I fixed some redirect stuff on Monday....
