if you post on the forum please be more specific: witch site do you try, etc.

maybe he is saying he can not download ff through ie8, though how that is our fault I have no idea.

Then, please talk to the IE people. I can download it just fine using IE 8 on my vista machine. This could possibly be a mozilla website issue though.
