Has been a problem since late last week...

Window appears, but is partially transparent in changing places, icons and fonts are weird, and clicking inside is only rarely successful, as window seems to lose focus at random.

i686 version, run from an i686 chroot, is also affected, but latest firefox nightly seems to work (only tested now).

System is Ubuntu 9.04 X86_64

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download and unpack latest nightly
2. Try to run it
3. Wonder about what's going on...

Expected Results:  
A functional Seamonkey

I have since made a private build with debugging enabled (will attach .mozconfig and output from running the build).

First run complained repeatedly about a missing libmsgbaseutil.so, so I tried copying that from the build dir to the unpacked dir, which gave a significantly lower amount of errors in the output, but the main problem remained.

I have no idea what caused this, and, hence, no idea what fixed it again, but at least for me, things seem to be working again...

Confirmed, its working here too after updating to today's build, How odd, but nice to have the default skin back :)
