511388 - update Service Week links on MCC site

The last thing we need to do before launching the MCC is update the couple of links that reference our Mozilla Service Week mini-challenge.

Here are the links we need to update:
1. the "learn more" link on the Service Week homepage promo
2. the "Mary Colvig's blog" link on the Design Challenges page (note: text should also be changed to "visit the Mozilla Blog."

As always, a bug should be filed in Server Ops to pick up the change from staging.
