I currently have Seamonkey 2 Beta set as my default browser only (no other compoent is set as default such as newsreader)

Everytime Seamonkey boots up I get a message asking me if I'd like to set Seamonkey as default. Browser & Newsreader are both checked. I am unable to either check only Browser and hit OK nor simply press CANCEL to cancel this option. I must click the X in the upper right corner to go about my business.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Have Seamonkey Set as Default Browser via Control Panel
2.Start Seamonkey (through external program hyper link or directly double clicking executible)
3.Press CANCEL without success
Actual Results:
NOTHING HAPPENS, the cancel button appears to be pressed but the window does not go away.

Expected Results:
Expect it to simply cancel and make the window disappear
