We currently don't have clear documentation for how to use Room Monitor features in Live Chat. As we continue to get more room monitors, we need to have formal guidelines and instructions for when/how to monitor chats, how to handle abusive users, and how to open/close the queue. This needs to be separate from the normal Live Chat documentation, since it only applies to users who have become room monitors.
