There's a number of clunky parts like the verification of username/password just color things red/green. Could also use a progress thing to indicate that we're checking. Error messages for creating are alerted.
Also, the page always has a scrollbar (apparently triggered by lightbox)

Additionally, it's really confusing that the password and passphrase have to be different because on 99% of sites out there when you see two "password" (i.e. fields with stars in them) fields they want the same data. Also, I found the dark gray on black text really hard to read.
And terms of service is a 404 -- should that be a separate bug?
