Update:  I think I have all of this updated, but the switch page on stage is currently blank.  I need to work out a kink in the install script

re: bit.ly links in the email content, I think it's best we stick to text only, HTML in email is tricky, especially when we expect the user to copy/paste

One minor bug in the page: the link to facebook under "how can you make a difference - quick shoutouts" goes to twitter. Can you replace it with the facebook link used in the sidebar?
