511820 - "Search Bookmarks and History" text doesn't clear after hiding navigation toolbar, creating a new tab, then unhiding it

I came across this just out of the blue one time. If you hide the Navigation toolbar, create a new tab, then unhide it again, and then try to focus in the Location bar, you'll find that the text in there doesn't disappear, and is editable, and it doesn't go to the address when enter is pressed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Hide Navigation toolbar (right-click top grey space).
2. Create a new tab (ctrl+t)
3. Unhide the Navigation toolbar
4. Click in the Location bar
Actual Results:  
Cursed is placed at the end of the "Search Bookmarks and History" text.

Expected Results:  
Text clears and able to type in and go to URL.

Confirming on Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.1.3pre) Gecko/20090821 Shiretoko/3.5.3pre.  However, I can't reproduce on either 3.6 or trunk.

Could you try reproducing on the latest trunk nightly?

BTW, STR are different from bug 498614, but the symptom is the same.

Doesn't seem to be an issue in 3.6 or the latest trunk. Should it be fixed for the 3.5.3 release?
