Hi,

I couldn't see any solution or so on the bug list so that' why my post.

I have Thunderbird installed on my xp-machine and now I can't use the " Run Junk mail controls on folder" option anymore. It's just grey. When starting Thunderbird in "safe mode" it still works.

Please tell me which info you need to help me resolve thi problem.

If safe-mode work fine, the problem is an extension: if you don't use default theme, first set default as current theme.
If this not resolve your issue, you can disable all extension and renable one at time for check the extension that cause the problem.

When you resolve the issue, post here a feedback.

I have the default theme and the disabled all add-ons but still no result ..

Close TB go to your profile folder and delete file  localstore.rfd.

This resolve your issue?

ps: stay with all addons disable for now.
