In the desktop version of fennec beta, you aren't able to pan to the sidebar of open tabs, unless you view all the tabs.  for example, if you have 2 columns showing with tabs, you can just partially pan left to see the last column.  You'll have to open the entire sidebar before you can access the tabs.

This might getting annoying once you have multiple columns of tabs open.   Unsure what the n810 behaves.

Repro:
1) install fennec beta 1.0 on desktop
2) open multiple tabs exceeding 1 column.   (eg. i have 4 columns of tabs shown in sidebar (about 12 tabs))
3) slide page into tab sidebar, visibly showing the last column shown.   
4) Verify the screen will slingshot back into the body, instead of listing the last shown column of tabs.  If someone has 4 or 5 columns, it doesnt seem necessary to have to show their entire sidebar (which covers the screen) in order to just open a recent tab.

Expected:
- the tab sidebar should be able to pan partially if i just wanted to access the last column of tabs.   Dont need to open the entire sidebar just to persist the setting.

Actual;
- Need to open the entire sidebar of open tabs just to get to one of the tabs in the last column.   This takes up screenspace if there are a lot of open tabs.

This was filed on unsupported desktop builds, but its also happening on the supported maemo builds.

Is this something to take a look at madhava?
