patch

This patch:
* Adds border-image based toggles
* Adds border-image based radiogroups
* Adds border-image based buttons (white bkg and transparent bkg)
* Adds border-image based toolbarbuttons (transparent bkg)
* Updates the bookmarks image in the awesomebar (bug 510988)
* Fixes the awesomebar row text overflowing the border
* Fixes the add-on row buttons (options, enable, uninstall, etc) from overflowing in portrait mode

I t adds a lot of images, but these images are the same as the hildon images (64px) and resized versions for low-res (36px)

Hmm, this makes me wonder whether there's any reason we're using an arrowscrollbox instead of just a scrollbox...

We could change them. I'll file a bug.
