For any reminders that require no preparation, such a making a call at a specific time, it would be useful for the list to contain an option to remind or notify at the time specified in the "Start" value.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a task.
2.Set the task date and time.
3.Select a reminder value, only custom options suit the requirements but are inconvenient.


Expected Results:  
Would like to set "On time" from the list of available reminder times.
