The class definition in the COL tag is not reflected in the corresponding TD tag

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create TABLE for two columns
2. Create COL CLASS="..." definition for each column
3. Create a row with two cells without specifying style parameters
Actual Results:
Cells are rendered with default style (or inherited from other places with specific definitions)

Expected Results:
Cells rendered according to the CLASS defined in the COL tags
