The label on the "Send Later" button should be changed to "Queue" to keep it in line with classic Eudora nomenclature, as well as to clarify its functionality, as the present label could easily be misunderstood. 

"Send Later" implies "I'll send this later" where queue implies "I'm done composing and want to put this in the outbound queue". The existing tooltip on the button pretty much echoes this definition.

(If this label is altered as suggested, the corresponding label in the File menu should be changed to match.)

Agreed. And the 'Send Unsent Message' menu item should be labeled 'Send Queued Messages'.

For those with initiative, this bug is fixed in the Penelope hg source code
depot: <http://hg.mozilla.org/penelope/rev/aee8cb0b8bd7>.

Otherwise you'll have to wait until the next release, Eudora 8 beta 8/Penelope

How come I didn't get this change using "hg clone http://hg.mozilla.org/penelope" yesterday ?  "hg identify" shows "c2ec77447236 tip", and the messengerOverlay.xul I've got has revs 123, 138, 141, and 154, but NOT 124 (I guess I'm just not familiar with how the source is maintained yet ?).
