As a mozilla.org peer, I should have access to projects/irc.mozilla.org/ so I can update it. We'd like to move that site from CVS to SVN shortly.

Hey guys,

Just to make sure, is this listed publicly somewhere? I couldn't find mozilla.org in http://www.mozilla.org/owners.html 

And that page says it could be outdated...so am I looking in the right place?

Nothing web-related is on owners.html. You can check Despot if you really want to, but I am the module owner for http://www.mozilla.org and one of the unofficial (no such module exists, but it's usually fallen under www.mozilla.org duties) module owners for http://irc.mozilla.org (justdave is also an unofficial owner). This is approved.
I would also be fine if you just want to add @mozilla-org-trunk with rw access to /projects/irc.mozilla.org/trunk/.
