When retreiving new mail from the mail server, and no messages are on the
server, the status bar quickly displays "There are no new messages on the
server", and switches to the "Document: Done" message. So, I was proposing to
either remove the "Document: Done" message entirely after using Get Mail, or a
more rational solution, lengthening the time that "There are no new messages on
the server" is displayed.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Check an empty mailbox
2. Observe the status bar as it briefly shows "There are no new messages on the
server." and immediately thereafter goes to "Document: Done".

Actual Results: Most users won't notice the status indication of no new
messages, as it is displayed so briefly.

Expected Results: Either Document: Done should have not displayed at all, or it
should have been prolonged a bit before being displayed.
