Is there a reason we're not moving to have the server/cluster the account is for persisted along with the account name? It seems like that's what we'd really want... no?

http://hg.mozilla.org/labs/weave/rev/2a66642dc0c8 Insert the server_url for the default preference at package time. For now, have both rel and dev use auth.smc.
