i went on the mozilla website in installed mozilla firefox.
when i launched mozilla firefox... IT DIDNT OPEN AT ALL! The only thing that came up was the mozilla crash reporter. please help me, i dont know what to do!

Steps to Reproduce:
1.click on icon or default internet browser in start menu
2.few seconds pass, nothing happens
3.crash reporter comes up

Safe mode does not word either...
How do I know what the Crash ID is?

Typically you would type about:crashes in the url bar and copy the report id's. In your steps to reproduce it isn't clear whether you sent the crash reports so if you haven't launch again and send a crash report.

To find the crash reports go to Window's start -> run and type
%APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Crash Reports\submitted\

Then post the file names in this directory to this bug.

Your crash appears to be due to google desktop.
