Saving a reply to another message in the drafts-Folder and open it again breaks the option to keep mail and reply together.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. activate option place replies in the folder of the message being replied to
2. Start reply to an existing message, save and close
3. Reopen from drafts
4. Finish and send reply
Actual Results:  
Sent mail is placed in Sent-Folder

Expected Results:  
Sent mail should be placed in the folder of the message being replied to
