Details

There are a smattering of mochitests that break if you're using the computer while they run. These tests should be grouped together and split off, so developers don't have to walk away from their computer for two hours just to run tests locally. (These tests require focus, test mouse events, or do things that are especially annoying.)
roc points out that these are probably the same tests that can't be parallelized, so this is a prerequisite for parallelizing local runs of mochitest.
