Summary: [AMO] 'Ignore version check' feature not working on older Firefox versions

Steps to reproduce:
Pre-conditions:
Use Firefox version 2.0.0.20
make sure Javascript is not disabled in your browser

1. log into  Addons staging site.
2. go to addon 8410 (Imagiris 1.2) , https://preview.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/8410
3. you will see the message, Upgrade Firefox to use this add-onYou can try an older version or ignore this check
4. click on the link, 'Ignore version check'

Expected Result: 'Add to Firefox' button shows up

Actual Result: Nothing happens. 'Add to Firefox' button does not show up
