In the past, we obfuscated the developer's email in their profile page. This feature seems to have been lost somewhere.

We obfuscate in the add-on's page, such as :
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/9067

stephend will write a testcase for this

I've written https://litmus.mozilla.org/show_test.cgi?id=9502, but not-yet enabled it; will clean it up and fix it when this bug is fixed.

Doesn't seem to be fixed on https://preview.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/user/378639, if I'm testing it right...

View the source or look at the page without javascript and you'll see the obfuscated address.  You're seeing a normal mailto: because there's some js that fixes it up, but spammers (in theory) can't be bothered to make scrapers that evaluate script.

Verified FIXED -- did as you suggested and checked the source; saw the abstraction function.
