all pages should appear (9 pages approx)

Camino 2 latest nightly prints the full article.
Did you test Firefox 2 (same rendering engine as Camino 1.6.x) or firefox 3.x ?

From the print stylesheet:
.content { 
/* ... */
position:absolute;  /* <----- */
}
That wraps the whole content.
Dupe of one the absolute positioning print bugs.

it isn't fixed at this end.
I still see the problem. 
This is Camino 1.6.9 running on a power PC Mac, OS 10.4.11
I don't know what "resolved worksforme" means.

You need Camino 2.0b3 or a nightly build :-)
