The actual french translation is "Envoyer un lien vers la page ...", the 3 dots meaning that you can expect a dialog box where you can choose wich page you want to send a link to.
A better translation would be "Envoyer un lien vers cette page", which suits better what Firefox is actually doing.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on main menu "Fichier"

Well, the original string is just "Send link…" with the ellipsis.

I assume the ellipsis means that you will be asked _who_ to send the link to, not which link. At least it's what Thunderbird does for me.
We could change "la" to "cette" but I'm not sure it would be an improvement. It's longer and not really more descriptive. We're already a lot more informative that the original English string. In any case, I'd keep the ellipsis.
I'm tempted to mark this bug as WORKSFORME but I'll wait for a second advice. Adding the great goofy to CC :)

Yes I agree the ellipsis suggests a further action, which is entering a recipient in the appropriate mailer client composition field.
