I just lost two very important e-mails from my publisher. When I try to find it in the black/white list they are no where to be found. What can I do. What version of thunderbird are you using ? How did you setup your junk settings ?

Wes, junk filtering can't be 100% correct. There's no blacklist, but you can whitelist explicitly using the "don't mark as junk if the sender is in my address book". Did you do that?
