Recently when the in-box does it's automatic thing with placing e-mail in the junk it sends e-mails that are very important to me to junk and then they never appear in the junk mail report. I just lost two very important e-mails from my publisher. When I try to find it in the black/white list they are no where to be found. What can I do.

Sincerely, Wes Brewer

What version of thunderbird are you using ?

Wes, junk filtering can't be 100% correct. There's no blacklist, but you can whitelist explicitly using the "don't mark as junk if the sender is in my address book". Did you do that?
Wes, what you think about comment #2?
