User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.2) Gecko/20090729 Firefox/3.5.2 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) Build Identifier: Recently when the in-box does it's automatic thing with placing e-mail in the junk it sends e-mails that are very important to me to junk and then they never appear in the junk mail report. I just lost two very important e-mails from my publisher. When I try to find it in the black/white list they are no where to be found. What can I do. What version of thunderbird are you using ? How did you setup your junk settings ?

Wes, junk filtering can't be 100% correct. There's no blacklist, but you can whitelist explicitly using the "don't mark as junk if the sender is in my address book". Did you do that?
