On our fancy new graphs (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/statistics) we shouldn't show stats for the current day if they are still zero.

"drop off the last node from the charts for all time aggregations but not the
table (for example, for weekly view, don't chart the last week, which is a
partial week, but show it in the table)"

The date math is a bit weird in order to work around a timeplot oddity described in bug 514543.
