We're splitting up the https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Cookies article. This article should cover how to delete individual cookies, cookies from an specific website, and all cookies (with a not about using Clear Recent History).

The draft article in the URL does what's described in comment 0.

The note for Clear Recent History is at the top, should it be moved/copied elsewhere?

Notes from review:
- In Firefox 3.5, there's a "remove individual cookies" link in the Privacy pane, so you don't have to set "Firefox will" to custom settings.
- The Cookies window on Mac does not have a [Close] button.
