Lightning currently allows only one calendar tab. We should investigate if performance is an issue when allowing multiple tabs. This would also mean we need some new context menu entries and other possibilities to open a certain calendar view in a new tab. Some examples: * Month View: Open this week in a new tab * Month/Week View: Open this day in a new tab * Calendar List: Show only this calendar in a new tab (see also bug 417217)
