513693 - Cannot delete messages

Trash has been emptied and compactged.  But....

I submitted this yesterday and was told it isn't a bug.  But suggestions were given, which I followed.  I thought I'd found a way to fix it yesterday (delete trash.msf and then could delete).  For a while.  

But this morning the same thing happened and what I did yesterday didn't fix it this time.

Support gives no help on this subject
When I try to delete a message, get an error message:  "The folder Trash is full."

BUT IT ISN"T.  CAN'T DELETE MESSAGES!!!!!   HELP!!!!!!

If there is no other solution, can I reinstall TB without losing my emails and preferences?  Perhaps some component is corrupted.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Try to delete a message
2.
3.
Actual Results:  
Get error message that trash is full - although it is empty.

Expected Results:  
Message deleted

I'm going crazy.  If I can't delete message, I can't clear my inbox.

As of this morning, my inbox became corrupted in the same way trash had been.

It took much longer to fix this problem, because I had to copy all the mail in the inbox to folders under "local folders" and then delete the inbox.  Now i'LL HAVE TO COPY THEM ALL BACK.

WHEN will this be fixed??????????????

If you have a folder that exceded WINDOWS OS limit for folder as explain here

you should (generally) backup you old email (in TB2 for example using an extension as Import&Export Tool: exporting for example all mails of specific years to external *.mbox file. In TB3 you can archive email from different years in different folders. And that is all)

For yor specific case, I assume that mails in you trash box are not important: you trash box it seems corrupted. The only way to solve your problem, it is to deleteting 2 files: Trash.msf and Trash (file without extension).

I hope I'm clear and this last workaround can solve your issue.
